List of things that make me crazy
List of thing that make me CRAZY,
I sleep in a different place every night. One night I will sleep on the floor, because I like it, and because there are a lot of people all over the world that do not get to sleep in beds. The next night I will sleep on my bed, because the floor makes my back hurt a little and I also like to sleep in a bed. Some nights I will sleep downstairs, and I am not going to explain that one. And some nights, I sleep outside, because stars are very, very beautiful.
I talk to myself. I took this test that shows I am an auditory learner, and so this kind of makes sense. I am always thinking abut something or other and I usually voice my thoughts. But if we are doing are homework in pre algebra , it is NEVER quiet, because in order for me to properly think about what I am doing, I HAVE TO say it aloud, just under my breath of course, but still, and the rest of my pre algebra class is not exactly a quiet class either.
I SOMETIMES make death threats, at least I used to before I took a pledge against violence. Violence should go away! I am not really sure how long that pledge is going to last, some people say that I am the most violent person they have ever met, though those people must not know very many other people, because I am not THAT violent.
I lose my train of thought easily. You could see the above number,3 for an example, or you could read the rest of this number about how I lose my train of thought VERY easily, and sometime I might start talking about potatoes, I really like potatoes, especially those flaky types that come in boxes that you have to make, those are really good, and then there's just baked potatoes, those are just plain yummy, but for some reason, when you ask for a fully loaded baked potato, they put crumbly red things on it, I guess those are supposed to be bacon bits, but bacon bits taste a lot better than the stuff they put on your baked potato. Those crumbly red things are really nasty, they remind me if mushrooms, I hate mushrooms, and Lima beans, and pudding, and anything that is like really spicy which reminds me if this one time where I chugged a thing of salsa, but there was a bandage in it and I didn't know and one of my friends got it on tape and...you see what I mean?
I can get really, REALLY, REALLY hyper, this is a must have if you are crazy, like me, I mean uncrazy people just do not get hyper. I always carry sugar in my purse, which I guess is another reason that I am crazy, because I keep sugar and salt and pepper in my purse.....but back to the subject, I always have sugar on hand to make me hyper, cause when you're hyper, you just can not be sad.
I like emus, there really awesome, though almost no one seems to know what exactly an emu is, and I always tell them it is like an ostrich but not, because emus are WAY awesomer than just plain old ostriches, and if a person doesn't know what an ostrich is I just sigh and give up. Because if you don't know what a plain old ostrich is, you are definitely NOT worthy to know what an emu is, they are just that awesome.
I'm a vegetarian and an environmentalist, which is just because I want to be healthy (the vegetarian thing, not the environmentalist thing). I am an environmentalist because I really do think us humans, being stupid, which we usually are, have really messed up this planet. I mean the polar bears are dying people, you should really actually listen to some of the commercials instead of putting the tv on mute and channel flipping, it drives me CRAZY when people do that, but anyway if you actually did listen to the commercials you might hear, from coke, about the polar bears dying. That is really sad, polar bears are totally awesome ( but not as awesome as narwhals belugas or emus).
I tend to repeat my self, again and agin and again and again and again and again and (okay self I think they get the point now you can stop repeating yourself-but I like repeating my self, and again and again and again-STOP- fine) did I mention that I talk to my self?
I have a very large vocabulary, this is why when some mean person is being mean to me, like mean people usually are being mean to you, I can say please doff your attritional little vexatious self from my completely awe inspiring self. Which I am not going to translate, if you want to know what those words mean, go look them up in the dictionary yourself
I really think that I should only have nine reasons not ten, because ten is just over used, and poor nine is like never used, and when I imagine ten, he is a VERY old man, and nine is like, only nineteen. Because nine is really not used enough. I am wondering I should just delete this reason so nine can feel better...wow I am REALLY crazy, I care about NUMBER'S feelings!!!!! That is absolutely crazy!!!!!!
So, if you did not already think I am crazy, I really hope this list convinced you of just how awesomely crazy I am.

Coconut ice
I know I haven't posted in a REALLY long time, and I'm sorry for that, those of you who follow my blog. Well, I have a recipe for coconut ice, which is a little strange, because it's NOT actually ice, it's like candy that's cold, and solid. Anyway, here's what you need to make it:
3 cups icing or confection sugar
1/2 cup milk
25 grams butter or margarine -(I recommend butter, it's much better for you, and besides it tastes better, also 25 grams is 1.6666666666667 tablespoons, thought you might want to know that)
1/2 tsp salt
3/4 cups grated coconut
Food coloring (optional)
Combine sugar, salt, butter/margarine, and milk in a saucepan over medium heat till boiling, and taking on a candy-like quality. To test if there is a candy-like quality, when the mixture is bubbling, take a spoonful, and drop it into a bowl of cold water. If it holds its shape, and you can pick up the ball, it's ready.
Take off of heat and add coconut, stir briefly to combine. Pour mixture into 2 bowls, allow to cool for 2.5 minutes. Stir both bowls and add food coloring if you want. Put mixture into trays and smooth down. Cool in refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
When I used this recipe, I halved it, and the resulting lump of candy was a little bigger than my fist. It turned out pretty well though. I hope you enjoy your coconut ice! SQUOOSHLE for now, the ever present one man team behind Quarunkl

So, my first ever blog post was about edible playdough, and I promised I would follow up eventually with more recipes...well I have finally done it!!!! This blog post is about peanut butter playdough! Here is the recipe I used: 1/2 cup peanut butter, 1/4 cup honey, 1 cup flour. The recipe I was using called for powdered sugar instead of flour, but I didn't have any powdered sugar, and I thought it would be too sweet. This recipe is perfect, creamy sweet and good to play with. SQUOOSHLE, p.s. it's not just me this time, my friend charis, helped me!!!!!!

Sooooooo.......... Poetry is what I'm dong today, (it's also what I learned in English today) so...poetrydefinition, poetry he art of rhythmical composition, written or spoken, for exciting pleasure by beautiful, imaginitive, or elevated thoughts. Poetry can rhyme, or it can, well, not rhyme. If it does rhyme there is something called a rhyme scheme that poets use to ven out their rhymes. Different types of poems are: couplets, sonnets, diamonte, haiku, and limericks, there is always just the regular old free form poem too. Here is on of my poems: Dark red, the rose sits,
Thorny stem lies in wait
In wait of the day it will defend its bloom,
Fragile dark red bloom
The day will come when dark red bloom, be plucked and taken
Regardless of the thorny valiant stalk
Death will come without her stem
Lovers, stem and bloom,
Doomed to die without each other

ORGANIZATION Yep, im doing a blog post on organization. You might ask how I'm going to do this, well, I'm not exactly sure. But here goes nothing: Organization, definition, To form as or into a whole consisting of interdependent or coordinating parts, especially for united action. Don't worry if you didn't follow that, you might have to think about it for a few seconds. So, orgization is the act of organizing, puttong a bunch of clutter into seperate categories for a better and more accessible lifestyle. I suggest taking inventory first. If you have limited containers, or seperations between your stuff available, you don't want to designate 1 container for, say, pencils, and have only one pencil. I'm going to give you a practice round, a list of stuff on my desk and information I need so I can properly organize it. PRACTICE ROUND. LIST OF STUFF: 2 hand sanitizers; eye drops; paper clips; 3 lip balms; 5 facial creams; 3 perfume bottles; mechanical pencil lead; nail file; mini-flashlight; 9 crayons; rubber band ball; 4 pencils; 8 colored pencils; 1 highlighter; and scissors. LIST OF CONTAINERS: 1 metal cup; organizer basket with 3 small sections and 1 large section. THINGS TO KEEP IN MIND: I am a student (I do have homework everyday); I like to do art on a regular basis; at least 1 facial cream & 1 lip balm must be accessible. THE PLAN: in the metal cup goes: the highlighter, the pencils, colored pencils, crayons and scissors. In the first small section of the organizer basket put: 3 lip balms, 2 facial creams, and hand sanitizer. In the second small container put: 3 facial creams, a hand sanitizer and eye drops. In the third small section put; the 3 perfums and a nail file. In the large section put: the paper, held together by one of the paperclips; the paperclips; the mechanical pencil lead; mini-flashlight; rubber band ball. WHETHER you like this example of organization or not, this has been a great post. SHOOSHLE, the one person team behind the totally great and awesome Quarunkl

HOW TO MAKE BATH SALTS
MATERIALS: bottle or jar, preferably glass, decorated is nice. Epsom salts. Food coloring. And essential oil, preferably in an ambrosial scent.
HOW TO: Mix Epsom salts with food coloring to reach desired color/effect (the amount of Epsom salts that will fit in the jar is the amount if Epsom salts you need). Then mix in essential oils. Spread mixture out on wax paper to dry for a few hours. Put in jar. Tie a bow around jar and add a note.

my past 2 posts have been more creativity centered. just to show you how random Quarunkl truly is, here is a post about Messier object 97, the Owl Nebula.
OWL NEBULA
the owl nebula, messier object 97 is a planetary nebula. it was discoverd in 1781 by Pierre Mèchain. it is thought of as one of the more complex planetary nebulas (a planetary nebula forms planets). its about 6,000 years old. its called the owl nebula because of two darker spots in the middle, giving it a vague resemblance to an owl. it is located in the constellation Ursa Major, or "great bear".

Knitting, the art of wrapping string around sticks to create clloth. It may seem simple, but knitting is EXTREMELY fun. below are the basics of knitting
casting on: 1st, let the yarn drape over you knitting needles.
2nd, you should insert you thumb and forefinger into the yarn and pul back. It will look like the picture top left.
3rd, do you see how there are four strands? the first 2 form a loop around the thumb. the second 2 just go around your index finger. You are going to go UNDER the 1st strand, and OVER the 2nd and third strands, ignore the last strand. Now, going the other way, towards your thumb, go under the 3rd strand. now, do you see the loop formed around your thumb? Take the 3rd strand that you "grabbed", and put it through the loop around you thumb.
After: you have just formed your first two loops, that you will use to knit with. When you keep casting on, you will only get one loop. IT IS SUPPOSED TO DO THAT.
Knitting
STEP 1: hold the needle with all the stitches on it in your left hand. (If you are lefthanded it will not matter if you use your left hand or your right hand.) Hold the empty needle in the hand NOT holding the needle fullof stitches.
STEP 2: slide the empty needle(we will call this needle #1) under the loop on the needle full of stitches(this is needle #2). make sure needle #2 is under needle #1 and both of them are inside the first stitch. Now wrap the long end of the yarn around needle #2. this next bit is tricky. the part you wrappped around needle #2, twist it down and under the first stitch. now slide the stitch off needle #1.
AFTER: you have now completed your first stitch. Congratulations!!!!

the first recipe id for the miscellaneous category: butterdough
ingredients: 1/3 cup butter
2/3 cup flour
instructions: mix butter and flour (it would be helpful if you used a blender or hand-held mixing device)(you maay want to make a larger or smaller amount, this is easy, its 2 parts flour to one part butter. you can use tablespoon teaspoons or whatever measurement you want)
this concludes my first ever blog post. i hoped you enjoyed it. there will be more edible playdough recipes coming soon.
